The standout feature of the restaurant is its stunning wooden grid, meticulously crafted with a high level of detail. The wood grids run across the ceiling and along key walls, providing a striking visual element that brings warmth and texture to the space while also adding a modern, organic feel.
Working with the team MT Constructions delivered a commercial kitchen designed for efficiency, with state-of-the-art appliances and ample space for the team to work seamlessly. The kitchen is cleverly integrated into the design, allowing it to remain hidden yet accessible.

Bringing together the clients vision of a bustling Inner City Bar the team have creating a moody yet inviting atmosphere, with thoughtful lighting and a design that maximizes both aesthetic appeal and functionality. The space is expansive, with an open layout that allows for fluid movement while maintaining an intimate cozy ambiance Copper hardware and trims make for a New York feel. The lighting is adjustable throughout the bar, allowing it to shift from a vibrant, energized mood during peak hours to a more subdued, intimate atmosphere as the night deepens.

As leaders in commercial fit outs the team at MT Construction worked closely with clients and architects to design and construct a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen tailored to produce fresh pasta. The build required close liaison with the architect, business owner and executive chef. The collaboration extended to creating a modern retail space reflecting the unique identity of the Pasta Poetry brand and incorporating Italian heritage elements and building techniques to engage and inspire customers. A thoughtfully designed outdoor courtyard and restaurant area were also part of the build providing an inviting atmosphere to complement the brand’s ethos while enhancing the dining experience. With their attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship MT Constructions ensured elements from the kitchen to the retail and outdoor space, aligned perfectly with the client's vision and goals.
